Q. Does the agent help right through the end of the opted tour ?
A. Our representatives will assist you in the best possible way and
will personally monitor your opted tour package, helping you enjoy your
business or leisure trip.
Q. What are the payment options?
A. Customers can pay through Credit Cards (Mastercard / Visa),
Online Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Demand Draft and Cash (Cash - Within
Goa / Bangalore).
Q. In what period of time can I pay for the booking?
A. In general the payment has to be made at the time of booking.
Please ask your booking agent about specific payment policy which applies to
your booking.
Q. Is it safe to pay by credit card/ How would you assure the safe
transaction?
A. Yes, it is safe as credit card transactions happen through a 100%
Secure Payment Gateway provided by the banks.
Q. What is the card verification number on my card?
A. In case of Mastercard and Visa, it is the last three digits
mentioned on the signature portion on the reverse side of your card.
Q. What are the net banking options?
A. You can make an online transfer from your account to our account
directly by logging-in into your account. Typically for most banks you have
to first add a payee first and then make a payment. Please ask your booking
agent for details of our bank account to which you can make a direct
payment.
Q. Payment from which all banks is accepted?
A. Payment from all the national as well as international banks is
accepted.

Q. How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel?
A. There is no specific date, however it is advisable to book your
tour well in advance to procure hotel reservation.
Q. How can I book a flight ticket?
A. You can book a Domestic Flight ticket directly from our website
home page (http://www.travelganesha.com). To book International tickets,
please call us at +91-8007607700 / email us at info@travelganesha.com.
Q. How many tickets can be booked at a time?
A. Depending upon the need, you can book as many tickets as you
want. However, during our schemes for cheap tickets, it completely depends
upon the seats available.
Q. How can I change the date of my flight booking?
A. Date Change may be permissible on your booking on payment of
Airline Date Change Fee, Travel Ganesha Service Charges plus any fare
difference that may exist between your original fare and the fare of the
flight that you want to change to.. Please note that date change may not be
permitted on certain tickets.
You would need to get in touch with our Customer Care Helpline no.
+91-8007607700 to do any change of flights in your booking. If you want to
change your flight to a flight that is operated by another airline, you will
need to cancel your existing booking and make a fresh booking. Please visit
our Customer Support section to cancel your booking online.
Q. How can I cancel my flight tickets?
A. To cancel your tickets, simply follow the steps below between
10:00 AM, 06 PM: 1. Log on to www.travelganesha.com
2. In left bottom corney click on the tab Cancel Booking.
3. Enter the TravelGanesha Booking ID corresponding to your booking,
Passenger Last Name, Airline Confirmation No. and the Contact Number that
you gave at the time of the booking. Now press Submit Cancellation.
4. On receiving the same, our representative will get in touch with you
within One hour from the time of submit ion.
5. Please check the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you
confirm to cancel the booking by calling our customer care no.

6. The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to
make the payment at the time of the booking.
Note: If the departure is in next 6 hours you are requested to cancel
the ticket directly with the Airlines,and let the helpdesk know to process
the refunds.
We would not be responsible for any loss regarding cancellation requests
coming for bookings within 6 hours of departure or out of our working hours.
